Songbird is an innovative music player, built on Firefox’s browser engine, and the enlightened and the open source guys have been whipping up support for it tremendously. It has all the regular music player functions, plus it promises to play music from the Internet, “without leaving the page.” Quite lik Firefox, you can anticipate the open source community to be around, creating extensions that will enchance its features continually. The community form of songbirdnest promises to be well..promising!
